I’ve made an order, how do I prepare for delivery?
Our driver will notify you when they are on the way to your shipping address. Please ensure that you have a laundry basket (or similar) outside for our team to put the product in for you. Our team will notify you when the product has been delivered. In this trying time, we have chosen this method to ensure not only your safety but the safety of our staff as well. We want to avoid as much face to face contact as possible.
How much will delivery cost?
At this time we have decided to waive a delivery fee provided you meet the minimum order. The exception to this is if we attempt to deliver your order to your address and you are not home, we will have to return your order to the dairy. In this event we will refund the cost of the products, but charge an AUD $4.00 delivery charge. See T&Cs for more details.
What suburbs do you deliver to?
Currently we are only capable of home delivery within a 45km radius of Brownes Dairy (Balcatta). You will be asked at checkout for your suburb to determine if you live within our serviceable area. If an order is submitted outside our serviceable area we reserve the right to cancel it.
Can I schedule my delivery for a later date?
Yes! You will be asked to pick a delivery date before you complete your order.
What is the order cut off time?
Your order must be in by 5pm to be delivered the following day.
How do I know when my products will arrive?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been accepted. You will also receive a SMS the morning of the delivery date. Lastly, we will send you a SMS when we are approximately 15 mins away from your shipping address.
What if I’m not in to receive my delivery?
For health and safety reasons we cannot leave your products at the door if no one is home. For this reason, you should make sure you are going to be home on the day of delivery. If you are not home, we will return your order to the dairy and refund you the product, but you will be charged an AUD $4.00 delivery fee. See T&Cs for details.

Can you deliver to businesses?
Yes. We have a minimum order value of 10$. If you have a particularly large weekly order, you may be more suited signed on as a customer serviced by our vendor network instead of the Milkos. Get in touch with us and we can discuss what's best for you.
